    To reflect the scale of impact on your company, our pricing is structured according to company turnover:

    • Individual Sessions: £500 + VAT per hour
    • Turnover £500k - £2M: £3,000 + VAT per month
    • Turnover £2M - £5M: £5,000 + VAT per month (includes phantom contract option)
    • Turnover £5M+: Customised board and leadership programme, tailored to your team and growth priorities
